SMS Terms
Effective November 2, 2026
These SMS Terms describe the text-message programs run by goBloxs LLC, doing business as Smart Rider Sign (“Smart Rider Sign”, “we”, “us”), 6510 Reata Ln, Emmett, ID 83617. They are part of our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. To see exactly how people agree to these messages, read How people opt in to texts.
Summary
- We send only the messages described below. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
- Mobile information is not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Program A: Agent sign-in codes
What it is. A one-time passcode that lets a real estate agent sign in to LeadAgent. We send it only when the agent asks for it by entering their cell number on the sign-in or registration screen.
How you agree. The agent enters their number and taps “Text me a code”, under a notice that says: “By signing in you agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy. We'll text you sign-in codes and lead alerts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.” On registration the notice begins “By continuing”. Staff-created accounts see the same notice at first sign-in.
Frequency. One message each time a code is requested. Codes are sent through Twilio, our messaging provider.
Program B: Agent lead alerts
What it is. Account notifications sent to an agent’s cell phone when a buyer texts or calls one of the agent’s signs. An alert says who contacted the sign, which property and what they asked, so the agent can respond. These are service notifications about the agent’s own account, not marketing.
Sender. Alerts come from our toll-free number, (888) 689-3070.
How you agree. Agents consent when they register and when they sign in, through the same notice shown above, which says “We'll text you sign-in codes and lead alerts.”
Frequency. Message frequency varies with the number of leads your signs receive.
Program C: Buyer texts
What it is. A buyer sees a Smart Rider Sign rider on a yard sign that shows a code and a number (for example, “Text 412 to (208) 861-0222”) or a sign’s own number. The buyer starts the conversation by texting that code or number. We reply with the listing the agent has set for the sign. If a buyer calls a Premium sign and the agent does not answer, the buyer may also get a missed-call text with the listing.
How you agree. You agree by texting the sign first. We send these messages only to people who contacted the sign. If you text the sign again, you get the listing reply again.
Frequency. One reply for each text you send, plus a missed-call text after an unanswered call to a Premium sign. We do not send you marketing messages.
Opting out and help
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will get one confirmation, and no more messages from that number. STOP also works for the other opt-out words that carriers recognize, such as CANCEL, END, QUIT and UNSUBSCRIBE.
- Reply HELP to any message for help, or email support@smartridersign.com.
- An agent who opts out of alerts will no longer receive lead alerts by text and can still see leads in LeadAgent.
Costs and carriers
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. We do not charge you to receive messages. Carriers and Smart Rider Sign are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We use phone numbers and message content to provide the Services. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The listing agent whose sign you contacted receives your number and message so they can reply to you. See the Privacy Policy.
